Microsoft 365 and AI governance and monitoring

Your tenant, under control. Without the extra work.

We choose the tools that govern Teams, SharePoint, guests, licences, Microsoft Copilot (formerly Microsoft 365 Copilot) and AI agents, and that monitor what your users actually get. We set them up in your tenant, train your team and stay with you after go-live.

What changes for you

The gaps you work around every day, closed.

Microsoft 365 and Copilot give you the building blocks. Keeping them tidy, secure and fast is still on you. Here is what we take off your plate.

  • Teams and groups multiply faster than you can review them.

Our answer: lifecycle rules flag what nobody uses, and the owner decides to keep or archive it.

  • Guests keep their access long after the project ends.

Our answer: regular access reviews, so every external account has a sponsor, an end date and an owner who decides to keep or remove it.

  • Copilot and AI agents reach data nobody has reviewed.

Our answer: an inventory of every agent with a named owner, daily rules on sharing and knowledge sources, and Copilot licences matched to real use.

  • Users report call problems before your dashboards do.

Our answer: experience monitoring from each user's device and network, with alerts sent to the team that can fix the problem.

AI governance

Govern Copilot and every agent your teams build.

Agents appear in Copilot Studio, SharePoint and Power Platform faster than anyone reviews them. We put an inventory, owners and rules in place, so AI works on data you have checked.

  • Inventory of every agent and its sources
  • An owner and an end date for each agent
  • Records for GDPR and the EU AI Act
Example dashboard: 1,850 Copilot licences and 146 published agents, 19 of them without an owner. Copilot sessions rise from 9,800 to 15,400 a month over six months. Top policy findings: 6 of high severity and 23 of medium severity.

How we work

From first call to daily support, one team.

  1. Step 1

    Find the right solution

We look at your tenant and your pain points, then shortlist the tools that fit. No product to push.

  2. Step 2

    Integrate

We deploy and configure in your tenant, in line with your security and compliance rules.

  3. Step 3

    Train and deliver

Your admins learn the tools on your own data, and keep runbooks they can reuse.

  4. Step 4

    Support

We stay available to your team during the project. After go-live, a customer success manager follows up with you.

What is Microsoft AI governance?

It is how you decide which AI assistants and agents may run in your Microsoft 365 tenant, what data each one can reach and who answers for it, and how you keep a record of those decisions. It covers Microsoft Copilot, agents built in Copilot Studio or from SharePoint sites, and Power Platform. It starts with the governance of Microsoft 365 itself, because Copilot only shows people content they can already open.

Do you only sell one software product?

No. We start from your needs and your tenant, then recommend the tools that fit, including what you already have in Microsoft 365. Our job is to solve the problem, not to place a licence.

We already use the native Microsoft 365 policies. Is that not enough?

They are a good base, and we build on them. Native policies set the rules, but much of the follow-up stays manual: reviewing teams nobody uses, chasing guest sponsors, checking call quality site by site. We add the tools and routines that take that work off your admins, and keep what already works.

Can you help us roll out Copilot safely?

Yes. The first step is a Copilot readiness assessment, run by the governance tool we put in place: what is overshared, unlabelled or stale, and who holds a licence. Its checks keep running after rollout, and the same tool governs the agents your teams build next.

Do you replace our internal IT team?

No. We work alongside your admins. We set up the tools in your tenant, train your team on your own data and leave runbooks they can reuse. Your team keeps control of the tenant, and a customer success manager follows up after go-live.

Do you also monitor Exchange Server on-premises?

Yes. We monitor the Exchange Server versions you run, on-premises and hybrid, alongside Microsoft 365. We look at your environment first, then agree with you what to watch and who receives the alerts.

How do you plan a project with us?

It depends on the size of your tenant and on what you want to fix first. After a first look at your tenant, we agree the scope and the plan with you, step by step, so you know what happens and when before anything starts.

Let's look at your tenant together.

30 minutes with an expert, no slides. You leave with a clear list of what to fix first.
